celebrate improv
Finally! For two years we had to take a break (for well-known reasons) but now we can bring back our long running international festival again. The »IMPRO 2022« will take place from the 29th of March to the 3rd of April. We have 12 fabulous performers, coming from 10 countries, coming to perform together with Die Gorillas. All shows will be at two of our favourite Berlin venues, the Mehringhof theater, as well as at our home venue The Ratibor. A different ensemble will come together for each show. That makes no less than 11 different, diverse shows that embrace the festival's motto: "Celebrate Improv!". In addition to numerous wonderful colleagues, some of whom are already well known to Berlin audiences, we are pleased to welcome Nele Kiessling (Göttingen), Charlotte Gittins (London), Tim Orr (San Francisco), and Keng-Sam Chane Chick Té (La Reunion) for the first time at the 19th edition of the festival. In addition, there will be three one-day workshops on 2.4. and 3.4. at the ETI. We are so excited to get the festival back up in front of the best audience anywhere, Berlin.
